The GF-120100P2TR is a double station pneumatic press with a frontal charging for the transfer on textiles and other flat supports.
The GF-100120P2MR meets the requirement for the industrial production of sublimation in the textile industry, domestic design, sportswear, visual communication... Its 160cm width adapts with large format printers 44” (111.8cm width)
Its pneumatic system – which requires a compressor – guarantees a non-tiring work even for high-scale production. The closing of the heating plate is activated by the two push buttons located on both side of the press and the opening is automatic. The pressure is measurable with the manometer and uniform on the whole support.
The main advantage of the GF-120100P2TR: it has the best quality / price ratio on the market and is the perfect compromise with our large format manual presses (the GF-120100P2MR and GF-160110P2MR) and the press of high quality that are Transmatic TMCR600 or TM 354 for example.
Its double front charging offers two notable advantages over the GF-120100P2MR : significant space saving and less operator movement, which does not have to go around the press to load the trays.
This press has a fixed heating plate and two lower sliding trays. Moving the trays is done manually with a system of back and forth. Both trays are loaded from the front. Once positioned, it is the lower plate that rises in contact with the heating plate. This particularity of the GF-120100P2TR allows a better quality of transfer and a longer life of the press because the jacks are less urged.
