Transfer press: PromaShirt TS-3838MER

Manual press, format 38 x 38 cm

The Promashirt TS-3838MER is a manual press for the transfer on T-shirts and other flat supports. Compared with a clam shell opening press, the closure of on the heating plate parallel to the lower plate allows the marking on products up to 4cm thickness.

Cheap and profitable, this press is recommended to discover the marking process and start small or medium productions. It is perfectly adapted for shops, associative and sport clubs, festivals or itinerant activities…

The lateral opening of the heating plate associated with the lower plate with front drawer offer a better accessibility and a working comfort for the positioning of tee-shirts and logos. The risks of burns are highly decreased during the positioning of the textile.

How to use : Once the heating plate is manually placed above the lower plate, the closure and the opening work using the grip. The press is provided with an electronic alarm which signal the end of the marking.

Digital display : You can control of the temperature (from 0°C to 250°C), the time (from 0°C to 999 sec.) and the number of pressings.

The “U” form stand allows the printing on double-side thicker flat media you put on the lower plate such as polos with buttons, shirts, etc.

The (optional) kit of 4 lower plates, associated with the “U” form stand, ease the transfer on short and long sleeves media such as sport shorts, working clothes, luggage, umbrellas… The assembling is easy (manual screwing) for a vertical or a horizontal positioning.
