TRANS 7240

Continuous printing of 110 cm working width

The TRANS 7240 is an oil bath calender for continuous printing and roll sublimation with a width of 110 cm. It is specially designed to meet the growing demand for sublimation printing on synthetic woven or non-woven fabrics, like polyester, nylon and acrylic.

It is compatible with the Epson 9xxx series and the Surecolor SC-F6000 (width 111.8 cm). It offers a production speed of 91 cm/min.

Practical and precise, the TRANS 7240 has 2 electronic thermostats, the first for oil control and the other for the outside of the cylinder.

The TRANS 7240 originally only offers two winders at the front.
Promattex, the brand’s distributor, has improved the basic version by adding a third rewinder: one for lost paper, one for sublimation paper and the last for the print medium. A motorized rewinder has also been integrated in the back of the machine for a better comfort of use.
