Everyone knows that long-term costs are not in the press equipment but in Labor Costs. Adding a twin shuttle removes wasted operator time waiting for a pressing cycle to finish. It also negates heat platen idle time while waiting for the operator to load and unload.
Production is maximized with no additional labor cost. The shuttle table creates less fatigue than swinging the head as well. Unlike easily tearable Teflon 'hammocks', this shuttle is solid machined-flat aluminum, holding any heavy, sharp, and rigid imprintable products without concern. Laying out fabric, shirts and garments is a breeze, with the two 40x50 cm silicone pads positioned just like the standard table configuration on the press.

Promattex has developed this twin shuttle upgrade table for clamshell semi-automatic heat press: at the end of the settled time, since the heating plate raises automatically, the operator can take care of the transfer on the second platen without interruption.

The Twin Shuttle upgrade table comes with a 2nd «U» base and a 2nd lower platen. The 2 stations can be equipped with 4 interchangeable lower platen kits.
