Thick adhesive mask film to cut with a cutting plotter

The mask film is the thick sticky PVC vinyl (600 microns) available in rolls of 25 cm x 15 meters. This mask film for rhinestones successfully replaces the template usually made by the laser or mechanical engraving machine on the rigid plate. The holes for the rhinestones are made by the simple plotter in this mask film.
This more economical method is completed by the “Alphabet” kit offering the possibility of reproducing simply the drawings and logos.

For the optimal cutting of the mask film, Promattex International recommends to use the blades for flock or for the sand mask films.

How to use it?

1- Prepare the file
2 - Cut the mask film with the plotter
3 - Weed the mask
4 - Stick the adhesive mask film on the plate
5 - Pour the rhinestones in the tray etc...
